These activities will primarily encompass Rapid Needs Assessments, in-kind kits distributions, cash distributions, and Post Distribution Monitoring. NGO The Tenth of April will maintain a state of preparedness among its staff and equipment, enabling swift deployment within 24 hours in alignment with Mercy Corps' guidelines when the Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM) is activated. The main geographical areas under the project are Odeska, Mykolaivska and Khersonska oblast.

When the RRM is not activated, TTA independently monitor the situation within its designated geographical area of operations and conduct Needs Assessments upon the agreement with Mercy Corps. TTA will also actively participate in training sessions, coordination meetings to ensure its staff remains prepared for swift deployment.
