The constant threat of shelling, displacement, separation from relatives and lack of opportunity to communicate with friends and relatives, insecurity and worries related to a change of residence, longing for a peaceful life - these are not all the challenges that children in Ukraine currently face.
The stories of children experiencing war in Ukraine are so different and at the same time so similar. Kyiv, Kherson, Kharkiv and Mykolaiv regions - different contexts, but incredibly similar emotions and needs - in support, communication with peers and development.
Humanitarian organizations, government structures and local self-government bodies, parents and others, by joining forces, can help children restore trust in the world and fill life with new meanings.
The video was created in partnership with CESVI and the NGO "Ya - Buchanets" within the framework of the project "Providing intersectoral comprehensive support to IDPs, persons who have returned to their permanent place of residence and local communities in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv and Kherson regions", which is implemented by the NGO " Tenth of April" with the financial support of the Ukrainian Humanitarian Fund (UHF).
