We are launching a short video contest “Upgrade: Drop Stereotypes!” for social media, where you can show your creativity and express your own vision of equality!
The competition is taking place in Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kropyvnytskyi, Cherkasy, Kharkiv, Sloviansk and Kherson.
The deadline is 09.12.2024
Registration is required
Contest conditions:
1. Register for the competition - forms.gle/Qh2sFbPLRSAu5QbZ6
2. Create a short video (up to 30 seconds)
- a creative sketch, animation, video message or any other digital format;
- show how you see gender equality, combating stereotypes and influencing the future;
- the video must comply with humanitarian principles and cannot contain scenes of violence.
3. Post the video on Instagram/Facebook/TikTok with the hashtag #ThrowOffStereotypes and tag our page of the NGO “The Tenth of April” (the participant's profile must be open for us to see the work):

Prizes:

Each participant will receive a certificate of participation in the short video contest “Upgrade: Throw off Stereotypes!” as part of the global campaign ‘16 Days Against Violence’ by the NGO "The Tenth of April" and the UN Refugee Agency in Ukraine.
- CONCERT.UA certificate for UAH 1500 for any event!
On December 10, during the offline events “Upgrade: Dump Stereotypes” offline events in the specified cities of the contest*, all attendees will be able to vote for the most creative video. The winner who attends the event and gets the most votes will receive a cool prize right there!
This is your chance to express your opinion, show your creativity and show everyone that together we can change the rules of the game!
*Registered participants will receive information about offline events in Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kropyvnytskyi, Cherkasy, Kharkiv, Sloviansk and Kherson via the email addresses they provided in the Google form.
The contest is part of the global campaign 16 Days Against Violence, which takes place every year in different countries from November 25 to December 10.
The project is implemented with the support of the UN Refugee Agency in Ukraine
