Gender-based violence: how to respond

In Teplodar in Odesa, the team of civic organization "The Tenth of April" held a meeting on the topic: "Gender-based violence: how to respond."
 
The event was attended by social workers, the police and IDPs of the community, which made the discussion even more relevant and useful, and the meeting took place in the premises of the "Center for the provision of social services".
 
Considered important concepts: "violence", "gender", "sex", "gender-based violence", "domestic violence", "forms of domestic violence". Also, they discussed issues of legislation on prevention and counteraction of domestic violence, identification of victims and mechanisms of interaction and redirection of victims.
