Portrait of Hugo de GrootWe were created to protect human rights
We protect rights of vulnerable groups: refugees, internally displaced persons, stateless, persons at risk of statelessness, and all others who, for one reason or another, are unable to do so on their own. We try to contribute to improvement of laws and fulfillment of international obligations of Ukraine.
Named in honor of the date of birth of the outstanding Dutch political thinker, lawyer, philosopher, historian, one of the founders of the modern theory of natural law and international law Grotius Hugo de Groot (1583-1645)
